It’s all winding down now, and though I don’t have the routine of school or work to get me into fall mode, I’m kind of glad summer is evaporating (along with every last inch of water in Delaplane). I know I was busy, but I can’t remember with what. I went rafting one weekend - a definite highlight. 4-H camp was another week - that was hell. The beaches of Lewes = great.
Today the weather is almost crisp, and it reminds me what’s it’s like to wake up on a fall morning and step outside with a sweater around my shoulders. Bring it on, autumn, bring it on!
